We are going to Disneyworld from June 24-Jul4. We haven't been there in over 15 years and have 2 young girls, ages 4 & 7. Is it better to purch a park hopper pass? We currently have a 7day base ticket?

Welcome back! Be sure to take your girls to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park which opened in 1998. Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo-The Musical, and The Boneyard playground are must sees. Kilimanjaro Safaris is a stunningly accurate recreation of the African bush complete with zebras, elephants, hippos, and other exotic animals you and your family do not want to miss.

With a seven day base ticket you will be able to visit all four theme parks once and most twice. The advantage to a Park Hopper option is you can visit more than one theme park per day. You could visit the Magic Kingdom in the morning for a Character Breakfast and some attractions, take a pool break at your hotel in the afternoon, and then enjoy a Table-Service dinner at Epcot's World Showcase followed by the IllumiNations fireworks. The base ticket allows you to enter the same park multiple times in one day. You could visit the Magic Kingdom in the morning, take a pool break in the afternoon, and return for dinner and fireworks. Since your length of stay is so long you will have ample time to visit the parks so if you are looking for a way to save money you're fine sticking with a base ticket.

Enjoy a marvelous magical time with your family.
