We are going to Disneyworld on January 30th. We just found out about the chocolate slipper and crown offered at Cinderella's Royal Table. I am trying to find out if there are other hidden gems. We are doing the haircut and dessert buffet also.

    Hi Pamella,

You will be arriving at Walt Disney World to begin your magical vacation so soon. How exciting!  I also love finding new "hidden gems" when visiting Walt Disney World.  Getting a haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop is always on my must-do list. Your great question made me remember a previous guest question that was asked a few years ago.  All of the panelists were able to answer it and although it is a little dated, most of the great ideas the panelists gave are still relevant today.  To see all of their great recommendations for some "off the beaten path" activities and fun, check out their answer here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel site.

There is also a great page that has many ideas to Customize Your Celebration.  From in-room decor to gift baskets or custom celebration cakes, there are lots of ways to add a little extra pixie-dust to your already fairy-tale vacation.

I hope you find this information helpful in planning your upcoming magical adventure.  If there is anything else I can assist you with, please stop back by and ask.

    Have a wonderful trip!

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
