Going to Disneyworld this January for a couple of days and will have Military Salute tickets. We are purchasing the 5 day but will only be able to attend the park for 2 days. Can we use the remaining days in October when we come back or do they expire?

    Hi Krista!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm a Military Spouse, and I've personally split up the Military Salute Disney Promotional Theme Park Tickets the way you mentioned above. This my favorite way to spend a deployment, by using these tickets as an R&R trip both before and after. And planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is a great deployment distraction!

For 2019, these tickets do not have any blackout dates for their use, nor do they expire after a certain number of days from your first admission like traditional Disney Theme Park Tickets do. You may certainly play in January and then visit again in October in any combination of days you choose. Do note that the last day of use for these tickets is December 19.

Pro Tip: These tickets can be purchased in-person once you arrive at your first Disney Theme Park, but check with your base/post ITT/MWR office, as well as Shades of Green, as the military ticket offices don't charge sales tax.

Did you know: Military Members also get a discount on Disney's Memory Maker, which is where guests have instant access to digitally download all of their captured PhotoPass and attraction photos. All of the details can be found in the second section of the Military Salute Ticket page. And don't forget to call the Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Reservation line to inquire about Military rates at Disney's Resort Hotels.

We'll See You in 2019, Krista!
