Does Disneyworld still help with large/multi-family gatherings for a vacation. I know that Grand Gatherings was discontinued - is there a replacement or a group travel office?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sheryl!

It's exciting to hear you are interested in planning a Walt Disney World Resort adventure for such a large group. The more the merrier, right? My family often takes friends and family with us, too. In fact, one vacation there were over 30 of us visiting Mickey's home all at one time!

If you will need 10 or more Guest Rooms, the Disney Group Getaways website is the planning place for you. If you'll need less than that, you can still receive assistance in planning, but will need to do it through the regular Walt Disney World Resort website, or through calling Disney Reservations.

We're also happy to help you plan, Sheryl, so please visit us again should there be anything else we are able to assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
