We will be in DisneyWorld 8/28-9/5 (free dining). We have the Water Parks option and plan on spending some days in both water parks. What are your favorite quick service options in both water parks? Would it be better to leave the park to eat lunch? Thanks!

    Hi Diana!

We just got back from our Walt Disney World trip and were able to enjoy two wonderful days at the Disney Water Parks! If you have the free dining offer I would suggest using your quick service entitlements inside the water parks. We ate both days at the parks and the food was really good. If you love ice cream as much as I do, they have a Sand Pale which they fill with soft serve ice cream and all kinds of other goodies! It was by far one of the best treats I saw all week at Walt Disney World!

At Blizzard Beach we ate at Lottawatta Lodge where they had everything from Hot Dogs to Pizza to Veggie Burgers. At Typhoon Lagoon we ate at Leaning Palms which also had a decent menu to choose from. I think Typhoon Tilly's near Shark Reef has a larger menu selection but the food at Leaning Palms was very good. I'd say that the food at the water parks was better than the counter service in the theme parks but that is subjective.

I hope you all have fun at the water parks, they have fantastic theming; I can't wait to go back! Thanks for asking the Moms Panel! I hope you have a Magical Day!
