when I am st Disneyworld in Febuary I have a reservation for the in the stars galactic spectacular dessert party my question is will they have any meet and greets with star wars characters before it starts.

    Hello, Stephen,

i am so excited for all the new Star Wars additions at Walt Disney World.  How wonderful that you already have a reservation for the Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studio. Since this is a new event, I'm not sure yet about the specific details about the event beyond what is shared on the website, but I can let you know that this summer we attended a similar dessert party during Star Wars Weekend.  During this event, there were no characters available for meet and greets.

You may find it helpful to visit a few independent websites to read reviews of the event to find out what other guests experienced and any helpful thoughts from them.  My favorite websites are Allears (allears.net), Disney Food Blog (disneyfoodblog.com), and the blog at Touring Plans (touringplans.com). I'd begin regularly checking them after the first part of January when the dessert party begins happening as that is when the reviews will likely be shared.

Wishing you a great trip filled with many unforgettable moments!  -Kara
