We will be going to Disneyworld at the end of May and have a 2 and 4 yr old. We were wanting to know if the Goofy rollercoster and Donald'a Boat in the Magic Kingdom will be open to enjoy? We know they are expanding Fantasyland

    Hi Kristi,

You have heard correctly - the Fantasyland Expansion has begun and it is very exciting! Good news though, The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm and Donald's Boat should both be open during your trip. Keep in that even if an attraction isn't scheduled for closure or refurbishments, it could close without notice for a number of reasons.

The Barnstormer has a height requirement of 35 ".  Be sure you measure your kids before you go so you'll know if they meet the height requirement.  I always measure my little guys and check height requirements before we go. That way we (hopefully) avoid disappointment once we're in the parks if they aren't able to ride.  If you'd like to check the height requirements for all rides, visit the Traveling with Little Ones section on the WDW website. On that page, there is a PDF file under Planning Resources that will list attraction height requirements at all four theme parks.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
