    We are going to Disneyworld end of May and we want to take our daughter to Bibbidi-bobbidi- boutique BUT she will be 2 1/2 years old... I think I read 3 years and up....? She is mature for her age and has done local dress up princess parties..

    Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a magical experience designed for children ages 3-9.  Disney takes into account many factors when deciding on the age range for certain experiences, and for this experience, I feel that the age range is perfect.  When receiving their makeover, little girls are expected to sit for an extended period of time while the Fairy Godmother in Training completes the makeover.  The process itself can be a bit much for younger children, as the hairstyle is quite tight and requires a lot of product to ensure it is practically perfect in every way.  I would recommend waiting to attend the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique when your daughter is a little older.  This way she will enjoy and remember the experience.  

    Instead of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, I would suggest to make an appointment at Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street U.S.A at Magic Kingdom.  Here your daughter will have her hair styled complete with sparkles and pixie dust!  Before her appointment, you could visit the shops on Main Street and purchase a princess costume and accessories to compliment her transformation.  To make an appointment, please call (407) WDW-PLAY.
