Welcome to planDisney, Sheila! Thanks for stopping by with your question. After a long hiatus, Disney Dining Plans are coming back! You can add a dining plan to any Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes a Disney Resort hotel stay with arrivals on or after January 9, 2024. Unfortunately, since you're arriving in October 2023 you won't be able to add a Disney Dining Plan to your upcoming vacation, I'm afraid. However, hopefully, you'll be able to visit again soon and enjoy one of the updated dining plans available. There are currently two options to choose from:1) Disney Quick-Service Dining PlanThis is the more cost-effective plan and is particularly suited to families who are planning to eat at quick-service restaurants. There are no dining reservations required! Simply choose your restaurant, order your food, and find a table. This is particularly great for families with little kids. Everyone in the party ages 3 and over receives the following:- 2 Quick-Service Meals (per night of stay)- 1 Snack/Nonalcoholic Drink (per night of stay)- 1 Resort-Refillable Drink Mug2) Disney Dining PlanThis plan costs a few more pennies but allows you to slow down, relax, and enjoy a sit-down meal each day with your family. You can even use this plan to experience Character Dining! I vote for breakfast a Topolinos Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera.Everyone in the party ages 3 and over receives the following:- 1 Quick-Service Meal (per night of stay)- 1 Table-Service Meal (per night of stay)- 1 Snack/Nonalcoholic Drink (per night of stay)- 1 Resort-Refillable Drink MugI hope that's informative, Sheila. Thanks so much for choosing to be our Guest. Have a great trip!Mike
