    We have Disneyworld app on our phones and all plans are in place for us. My wife was trying to make a dinner reservation and it asked for her credit card number. I had already given them mine. She got an email noting a problem. Is our account okay?

    There's no question that a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is something to look forward to for all the Resort and theme park magic. But, of course, it's also something to look forward to for the amazing dining experiences. There are so many fantastic food choices all around the Resort that it's simply a challenge (but what a fun challenge!) to name a favorite.

    I'm sorry to hear your wife encountered some issue when making a dining reservation, though it's hard for me to say if the issue might have been related to the dining reservation she was making, the Disney account, or perhaps an issue of some other type. I think the best resource for getting assistance is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members. My suggestion would be to contact the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk can assist with questions about the My Disney Experience mobile app and your account.
