Hello, Janet!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for stopping by to ask a question about Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets.
Yes, many theme park ticket expiration dates were extended due to the theme park closures. However, the extension was specifically meant for non-promotional tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 (during the time both parks were actually closed). Those tickets now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021. Your tickets don't have an original expiration date that was during the pandemic-related theme park closures and they were acquired from a school auction, so I think there’s a good chance they're considered promotional and therefore may not qualify for an expiration date extension.
I suggest that you link the tickets to your account on
Disneyland.com or with the
Disneyland mobile app to confirm their current expiration date digitally. If you have any issues linking the tickets or would like to check with a Cast Member about the expiration date policy for the specific tickets you have, please call (714) 781-4636.
I hope this helps answer your question, Janet, and that your pixie-dusted theme park days are just around the corner! Please feel free to ask us any other vacation-planning questions you have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
