Hey Dean!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about
taking outside food and drinks to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
Dean, Guests of Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are allowed to enter outside food, drinks and snacks that do not require heating into the theme parks. However, baby food and baby formula that require heating are allowed. You can heat baby items in the
Baby Care Centers located at all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Please keep the following
Walt Disney World Resort park rules in mind:
- You cannot bring alcoholic beverages to the theme parks.
- Glass containers (except for those containing baby food) are not allowed in the theme parks.
- Plastic Straws are not allowed in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for the safety of the animals.
- Coolers cannot be larger than 24” long by 15” wide by 18” high.
Dean, I love taking my own snacks and drinks to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks — especially when traveling with my little ones! It helps maximize my budget and keeps them from getting hungry in-between dining reservations. I find that traveling with my own snacks, baby food and milk really makes my vacation “easy-peasy”! I love that Walt Disney World Resort is so accommodating about outside food and drinks.
