Is Disney's Boardwalk the same as Disney Springs?

Welcome back, Emmanuel, thank you so kindly for consulting planDisney!

Emmanuel, your countdown clock is ticking quickly towards your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit, how very excited you must be!

Walt Disney World Resort offers over 40 square miles, or roughly 25,000 acres of fun for Guests of all ages, not to mention over twenty-five Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, championship level golf courses, two water parks, the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and so much more, including Disney Springs and Disney's BoardWalk area.

Emmanuel, Disney Springs is Walt Disney World Resort’s mecca of dining, shopping, and entertainment and you will enjoy complimentary return Walt Disney World® Bus Service or Walt Disney World Resort® Water Transportation from your Disney Resort Hotel. Disney Springs deserves multiple visits to really enjoy all there is to see and do, including shopping and eating, not to mention the nightlife if you are a night owl! One of my favorite things to do is to ride the fun vintage Amphicar and then enjoy a lovely meal at the The BOATHOUSE®, followed by an entertaining display of the artistry of Cirque du Soleil® in combination of the stunning displays of Disney animation at Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil® & Disney, a definite must-do!

Disney’s BoardWalk area can be accessed by foot or Friendship Boat from the International Gateway at EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, via Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort & Villas, or from the Disney Swan & Dolphin Resorts. Disney’s BoardWalk features a boardwalk promenade offering shopping, dining, and entertainment with delightful vistas of the resort area, and if you time your visit just right, you can enjoy the fireworks show from EPCOT.

During your visit to Disney's BoardWalk enjoy the popular Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop after delectable dining at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and then take a leisurely stroll along the BoardWalk promenade. You might even be in time for the new cake shop on the promenade called, The Cake Bake Shop - can you tell that I am a foodie?

Emmanuel, I hope this information will help with your planning, it was my pleasure once again to offer my help, thank you so much!
