    When does Disney's 70th Anniversary celebration end? We're going in April and I'm hoping to catch some of the 70th anniversary celebrations!

    Hi Emmicah! Welcome to planDisney! First, I have to say, you have a beautiful name! I am happy to help you get ready for your April visit to Disneyland Resort. Thank you for submitting your question to us!

    Emmicah, I have great news for you! You will absolutely have a chance to Celebrate Happy during the Disneyland 70th Celebration in April. The Celebration is scheduled to continue through August 9, 2026! It really is a perfect celebration of seven decades of Disneyland. If you haven’t already, I recommend watching Disneyland Handcrafted, streaming on Disney+ before your visit. It shows Walt Disney designing the park we know and love today. Watching the process of Disneyland being built, and then walking in to see some of those same elements 70 years later is pretty special.

    Something else new in April to experience is Bluey’s Best Day Ever! debuting March 22, 2026! Guests get the chance to interact with Bluey and her sister Bingo, play games, and dance and sing along with the fun! I will be visiting just after the new show starts and I cannot wait to experience it!
