Greetings, Shannon, and welcome to planDisney!
I am so happy to hear that you're planning on visiting
Disneyland Resort during
Halloween Time where they'll be lots of Disney-themed 'spooktacular' fun for you to enjoy.
Shannon, using your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket ID numbers as proof that those theme park tickets were unactivated or unused, could be, in my opinion, your credit and proof of value that you could then apply towards new theme park tickets. Seeing that you’ve listed Alberta as your province, in Canada, going to a Disneyland Resort ticket booth is obviously not feasible. Furthermore, I have not seen any options on the Disneyland account online, or through the Disneyland Mobile App to be able to apply credit for those tickets toward the ordering of new ones (subject to change). Therefore, it seems most reasonable to call
Disneyland Resort - Tickets to explain your situation and I am confident that you will receive full assistance toward a favourable resolution.
As soon as you have your new Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and a few dates in mind, please secure your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations, and hopefully, if you’ll be staying for a few days, you might be interested in any potential
Disneyland Resort special offers which will enhance your visit and double your convenience.
Startup the
Disneyland Mobile App because it’s a phenomenal tool for managing your plans before and during your visit by offering many features, such as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and the option to make purchases at select venues if you store your credit card or Disney Gift Card in the Payment Method of the app located in “My Profile.”
Also available in the Disneyland Mobile App is the theme park ticket option called the
Disney Genie+ service which will save you time in lines for attractions that offer a Lightning Lane entrance - a perk with this purchase is unlimited digital downloads of
Disney’s PhotoPass® Service attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.
Best Disney Wishes from a fellow Canadian ~ Jacqueline
