When Disneyland's Galaxy's Edge opened they limited the time in the land due to its Newness and the extra crowds. Is D W doing the same? I plan in coming in mid October, big part of trip is G Edge, and wanting to know how to plan my visit.

    Bright Suns, Edward!

I recently had the chance to visit Black Spire Outpost for myself when Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios in August, and I'm so excited that it's going to be a big part of your upcoming trip in just a few weeks. If you're a big Star Wars fan like I am, you're going to love stepping foot onto Batuu and diving right into that world for yourself!

I see that you've been keeping up with what's been going on with Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and you heard about how guests were being let into the land when it first opened at Disneyland Park this past spring. For the first few weeks that guests were traveling to Batuu, reservations were required and there was a time limit of four hours to spend there but that system ended in June and people can now come and go as they please. That kind of system was not put in place at Walt Disney World Resort, so you do not have to worry about limiting your time on your visit. It's possible that you may need to join a virtual queue and get a Boarding Group number through the My Disney Experience app, but that has been pretty rare in the last month. If you have a reservation for Savi's Workshop, Droid Depot, or Oga's Cantina, you are guaranteed entrance into the land up to an hour before your reservation time, so you know for sure that you'll be able to get in. The Boarding Group system is not always in place, so be sure to check My Disney Experience when you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios for the day to see if you need to use it.

May The Spires Keep You, Edward!
