Kelsey from CA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Are Disneyland Weddings considering offering elopements (2 people only) for couples who have had to postpone/cancel their reserved Disney wedding due to Covid-19? When Disneyland Resort opens, will priority for park passes be given to annual passholders?

Hi there, Kelsey, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so glad you’re here!

The past few months have brought many changes and challenges to our world, and so many plans have been put on hold, including weddings and other celebrations. I’m sorry to hear that your own wedding plans have also been delayed! I checked with a Cast Member, and she recommended you get in touch with the team at Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. I’m sure they’ll be more than happy to fill you in on the latest plans for couples who had to postpone or cancel their Disney weddings. Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons can be reached at (321) 939-4610.

While you’re waiting for wedding magic to return to the Happiest Place on Earth, I highly recommend catching up on one of my favorite series on Disney+ -- Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings! I love this behind-the-scenes look at the exquisite weddings and unique engagements that take place at Disney Destinations worldwide!

You're also going to want to check out these gorgeous wedding gowns, inspired by our favorite Disney Princesses and their stories! From this enchanting Cinderella gown, to this dreamy Ariel gown, there's a style and fit for every Disney bride!

As for your second question about priority access being provided to Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders whenever the theme parks reopen, unfortunately, we don’t know the answer just yet. Here’s what we do know: Annual Passport sales and renewals have been temporarily paused at this time. Upon reopening, attendance will be managed through a new theme-park reservation system that will require all Guests, including Annual Passholders, to receive a reservation for park entry in advance. Reservations will be subject to availability. As soon as more information becomes available, we’ll be sure to pass it along! I recommend continuing to check this page and the Disney Parks Blog for the most recent updates.

I hope this information helps, Kelsey! Please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
