Hi Haley,
Thanks for visiting planDisney! Every Disney fan is always dreaming about their next trip, so you’ve come to the right place to start planning your January 2026 vacation.
Unfortunately, we planDisney panelists don’t have the inside scoop on when bookings for the rest of 2026 will become available. My recommendation is to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates on booking windows, celebration details, and new offerings coming to the Disneyland Resort. Also, check the Disneyland website regularly for updates. Once the booking window opens, you can get help with your hotel reservation by calling the
Walt Disney Travel Company at (714) 956-6425. They’re available daily from 7 AM to 9 PM, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
Don’t forget, one of the great perks of staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort hotels is
Early Entry into the parks. While the parks typically open at 8:00 AM, Early Entry allows hotel guests to enter at 7:30 AM! Be sure to use the special entrance to Disney California Adventure to get a head start on the crowds. As of now, Early Entry at California Adventure is available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Use this info to help plan your park days and make the most of your visit!
Just a quick reminder: if you’re visiting Disneyland after January 7, the holiday season will have wrapped up. While that might feel like a bit of a winter wonderland bummer, there’s still magic in store! You may be able to catch the Disneyland Resort decked out in its full
70th Anniversary decor. My fellow panelists and I had the chance to see some of the
new entertainment offerings together, and my personal favorite is the
Tapestry of Happiness. I love all the little nods to Disneyland history and pop culture. You can also catch the
Paint the Night Parade and the
Wondrous Journeys fireworks show around the same time, all from one location!
Haley, I hope this information is helpful. If you have any other questions or need advice, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share more tips to make your visit extra magical.
Have a wonderful trip!
– Melinda
