Joanna from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Purchased/reserved 9/19/21 since 9/18/21 Disneyland unavailable. Looked @ calendar to prove to family that 18th unavailable, suddenly it’s available. Couldn’t change 9/19/21 to 9/18/21, didn’t want to lose date so bought for 9/18. Need refund for 9/19/21.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Joanna!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we consider it a HUGE honor to be on your PLANNING TEAM! Thank you so much!

I must start off by saying I am so excited you were able to secure your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets and Disneyland Theme Park Reservations for your specific date! When something MAGICAL like this happens to me, I feel like I have won the lottery! While I am so EXCITED you were able to secure your preferred date, I did want you to know that refunds are not given for purchased theme park tickets.

However, there are several things you can do to use your ticket to enjoy another TIGGER-ific day at the Disneyland Resort. First of all, you have until the expiration date on your theme park ticket to book another reservation. If you are not able to visit before the expiration date, your used ticket can be applied to purchase a new Disneyland Theme Park ticket in the future as long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.

I hope this information helps you in your planning. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to assist in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
