It’s a bummer that you were not able to use your tickets before the closures. It sounds like you’ve already checked and your tickets have most likely been
extended through December 16, 2021. I’m sorry to hear that you are not able to make any dates work before they expire. If you used any days on the tickets before the closures then the remaining days will expire on December 16, 2021. If your tickets are whole and fully unused then you would receive the value paid that you could then put towards the purchase of new tickets when you visit in February. You will need to take your tickets to one of the ticket booths in the Esplanade between the two theme parks when you are ready to purchase new tickets.
