Hi I have Disneyland 1 tickets that I want to try to get a refund for if you can help. Thank you

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Mike!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are delighted to answer your question and are honored and privileged to serve as a member of your PLANNING TEAM! We are most grateful to be given this TIGGER-ific opportunity!

From your question, it sounds like your plans have changed, and you are not able to visit the Disneyland Resort. Please know that Mickey Mouse and his pals will miss you terribly, and they can't wait to see you REAL SOON! All that being said, I do want to inform you that Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable. While I know this was not the news you wanted to hear, please know you can always cancel your existing Disneyland Theme Park Reservation and make new reservations when your schedule allows you to visit the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH. If you are not able to visit before your tickets expire, I do want you to know that you can apply the price you paid for your tickets to purchase new tickets when you are able to visit again.

Exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing. That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
