Hello! We'll be at Disneyland starting on Christmas Day for the whole week. Do you have a recommendation for a fun place for Christmas dinner outside the park. Also are there any military discounts during the holiday?

    Hi Pam!
Spending Christmas Day at the Happiest Place on Earth sounds absolutely Magical!
I know the Holiday is a busy time at the Disneyland Resort but even as crowded as it gets, there is something fun for everyone and even if you don't ride on many attractions, you'll feel the Christmas cheer and Holiday Spirit everywhere you go...It will be an unforgettable experience!
Since you're looking for a place to enjoy dinner outside of the Parks, I will tell you that I love Catal Restaurant located in the Downtown Disney District.
They have a delicious Pork Chop entrée that keeps me thinking about returning! The ambiance is eclectic and pleasant.
Another great Christmas dinner location would be Steakhouse 55 inside the Disneyland Hotel. It's quaint, elegant and offers a menu that's simply spectacular!
If you want something more fun and lighthearted, you should try Goofy's Kitchen!
There, you can enjoy a buffet-style meal in a more casual environment where Disney characters will actually come out and greet you at your table!
In terms of Military discounts, unfortunately, the promotional tickets for members of the U.S. Military expire on December 19, 2017. At this time, the Disneyland Resort hasn't announced any new promotional offers but I'm hoping for extra Pixie Dust so that they bring back the Military offer in 2018.
    Have a Magical Time!
    ChEARs!
