I am going to Disneyland as a SoCal resident. My drivers license is expired, can I use my expired ID in conjunction with a recent bank statement or lease agreement as a form of ID?

Hi there, Bryce! Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you brought your question to us as we love helping fellow Guests plan their visits to the Happiest Place on Earth!

I'm so excited to hear that you've been able to take advantage of the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer. I love that it allows you to visit on non-consecutive days so you can spread the magic over the next few months. In order to be eligible for this special offer, Guests need to reside within ZIP codes 90000-93599 and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the entrance gates. I confirmed that your driver's license would need to be up to date to be considered a valid form of ID, but it might be worth giving our wonderful team of Cast Members in Guest Services a call at (714) 781-4636 to discuss your situation directly and see if there are any alternatives.

I sure do hope you are able to visit next month! The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will have kicked off just a few days before your arrival. If you're a foodie, you will absolutely love experiencing Disney California Adventure Park in a whole new way! Beyond tasty bites, fun sips, and live music, there will be culinary demonstrations from Disney chefs who will be sharing some of their favorite recipes, and even some fun for little ones who can decorate cupcakes to their heart's content at Alice's Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Party. If you're looking for some fun with friends, you might want to check out the Carthay Circle Winemaker Receptions or the wine, beer, and mixology seminars at Sonoma Terrace. And perhaps the best news of all ... Soarin' Over California is making a limited-time return as part of the festival! I have missed those orange grove scents!

Bryce, I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I sure hope it provided some useful information so we can get you to the Disneyland Resort! If you have any other questions, we are always here for you at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
