I am going to Disneyland in September. Tuesday is my 60 days in advance for dinning. I was wondering what time I have to wake up to get a reservation. I am seeing a lot of 6am est but also 6 am pst. Want to make sure I get a reservation and get up on time.

    Hi there, Kailey,

Welcome back to planDisney. It’s exciting to see how close your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth is becoming. Before you know it, you’ll be skipping down Main Street, U.S.A., heading toward your first attraction or dining destination.

As you are aware, Disneyland Resort dining reservations may be booked as many as 60 days in advance of the reservation. Although there isn’t an official time of day when new reservations become available, I have noticed that many restaurants tend to open up their new day of reservations at about 6:00 AM Pacific time.

That said, I recommend remaining somewhat flexible. Some of my planDisney pals have reported noticing Disneyland Resort dining reservations open up as early as 3:00 AM Pacific time. While most restaurants release new reservations on the 60-day mark, there may be some restaurants and dining packages that open reservations a little less than 60 days in advance. So it may be worth the effort to check back multiple days.

Tony’s Tip: Given the limited number of seats at some dining locations, advanced reservations may be somewhat more difficult to obtain. If you have your heart set on an especially popular restaurant, my top tip is to not give up! Since other Guests may cancel a dining reservation as few as two hours in advance of the reservation time, you never know when a reservation may open up for you. Also, note that many restaurants feature a mobile walk-up list that you can request to join on the day of your visit.

I hope you have a magical and delicious time visiting the Disneyland Resort, Kailey!
