I have the disneyland salute 3 day park hopper. Can i cancel and reschedule for a later date?

Hello, Jerrel John! Welcome to planDisney and on behalf of all of us here, we thank you and your family for your service.

I am happy to hear that you have been able to secure Disney Military Promotional Tickets for an upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. Our family also loves when Disney extends this offer to active duty and retired military members and their families. I'm happy to share that if you made theme park ticket reservations, but realize later that those dates no longer work, you are able to cancel these reservations and make new ones as often as you need to during the validity of the ticket.

To cancel these theme park ticket reservations, head to the Disneyland website and log in to your Disney account. Next, you will head to the menu bar and hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "My Plans". This will bring you to a new page that will show all of your upcoming plans, including your theme park ticket reservations. To the right of the reservation, there will be an option to "Manage Reservation", which you will click. Now it will take you to another page where you have the option to cancel any of your upcoming reservations. Once you click and confirm your cancellations, you will be able to head to that same page and book new theme park ticket reservations for your new dates. You can also manage your theme park ticket reservations from the Disneyland app.

Jerrel John, we salute you! Thanks again for stopping by and we hope to see you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
