I have a Disneyland reservation to a good neighbor hotel in September with 3 days of tickets. I am trying to link my resort reservation to the Disneyland App and it says this reservation does not exist. Can I link my off site resort reservation to App?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Maria, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s great to see you here again!

The Disneyland app is my favorite handy helper in the theme parks, so I’m glad you’re getting it ready for your September visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Currently, it’s not possible to link Disneyland Resort Hotel or Good Neighbor Hotel reservations to the Disneyland app. You can, however, link your theme-park tickets, dining reservations, and, once the parks reopen, your Disney PhotoPass photos. I believe you may be referring to adding your Good Neighbor Hotel reservation to your Disney account on Disneyland.com. If that’s the case, I spoke with a Cast Member, and she told me that you should be able to link your Good Neighbor Hotel reservation to your Disney account if you made the reservation through the Disneyland.com website. So, if you made your reservation through Disneyland.com, I recommend signing into your Disney account online, then clicking on the “My Disneyland” drop-down and selecting “My Hotel Reservations.” You’ll be directed to another page called “View My Reservations.” Enter your 8-digit reservation number and phone number, and click “Continue.” This should do it! If you made your reservation through Disneyland.com and this still isn’t working, I recommend calling Hotel Reservations at (714) 956-6425 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

As we await the reopening of our happy place, I also recommend checking out this page to get an idea of what to expect when the parks reopen. Though things may look a little different than we’re used to, I can’t wait to get back to the magic! If your family is in need of some face masks for your upcoming visit, I highly recommend checking out these adorable Disney Cloth Face Masks on shopDisney.com. I ordered a few sets for my family of five, and we all love them! The material is super soft and comfortable. From Disney Princesses to Star Wars, there’s a theme for every Disney fan! Just be sure to check the helpful sizing guide before ordering to ensure a good fit.

I hope this helps, Maria! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… we’re all EARs!
