It is possible at the Disneyland Resort to reassign your
MagicBand+ to a different
theme park ticket or pass if you'd like to transfer your MagicBand+ to a different Guest. You can do this in the
Disneyland App by navigating to the three horizontal line icon in the bottom right-hand corner, and then scroll down and tap "MagicBand+." Then tap the "+" icon in the upper right-hand corner to link your MagicBand+." Once your MagicBand+ is linked, you will then assign the band to the specific theme park ticket you want to assign it to. I am looking at my app right now, and even though I know which MagicBand+ was assigned to which family member, it does not say in the app. You will be able to assign your MagicBand+ to whichever ticket you'd like for this trip, and it will remain assigned until the ticket is expired or fully used.
I know it can be tricky managing multiple bands for your family, if you are having difficulty, you can visit the
MagicBand+ support page, or reach out to a helpful Cast Member on the
Ticket Services line.
The
Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will be taking place during your trip! There are some
fun surprises you can discover by using your MagicBand+ at 5 different locations throughout Disneyland Park. Once you arrive to these locations, tap your MagicBand+ to reveal magical light effects, sounds, and music unique to some of Disneyland Park's opening-day attractions. This could be a fun way for everyone to use their bands that you worked so hard to link and setup!
