    Are Disneyland passes refundable?

Welcome, Randi! It's great to have your question here with planDisney.

Disneyland Resort has many options for Guests to visit the resort for a magical experience. The first option is a single- or multi-day ticket for Guests interested in vacationing at Disneyland Resort over a short period. Another option for guests is the Magic Key Program (formerly the annual pass program) which grants Guests access to the Happiest Place on Earth for a year.

For single- or multi-day tickets, refunds are unavailable. However, any unused expired tickets may be applied toward purchasing a new theme park ticket. I recommend connecting with a Cast Member in Ticket Services for more information.

If you're inquiring about a Magic Key, unfortunately, they are nonrefundable as well. However, Magic Keys remain inactive until you use your Magic Key for park entry into your first park or when you use any parking privilege the Magic Key may possess. If you have yet to activate your Magic Key, you have a year to do so before expiration. If your unactivated Magic Key expires, you may use your unactivated expired Magic Key toward the purchase of a new Magic Key.

Good luck with rescheduling your plans. I hope that you are able to make it to Disneyland Resort in the near future.

    Have a magical day,
    Lola
