contact Disneyland Resort - Tickets for assistance with applying your existing theme park tickets toward the purchase of new ones. During your telephone call, consider asking the Cast Member about any current Disneyland Resort special offers and discounts (located under the
Places to Stay tab) toward a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package which will add great convenience to your visit.
Please Note:As soon as your theme park ticket matter is resolved, or if you've decided to opt into a vacation package, please proceed to link your theme park ticket purchase, or vacation package using theme park ticket IDs or the vacation package confirmation number to your Disney account to then secure your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations as this is the process in place at this time for visiting the theme parks.

Disneyland Mobile App to manage your plans before and during your visit. Upon entry into a theme park, you can save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance by opting into the
Disney Genie+ service. Plus, with the purchase of the Disney Genie+ service, you will enjoy unlimited digital downloads of
Disney PhotoPass attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day.
