The Disneyland Park schedule for July doesn’t seem to be updated (says no fireworks or night show any July days which I find hard to believe as there must at least be fireworks on the 4th). Any idea when this will be updated? DCA seems up to date.

    Hello there, Esther!

Welcome to planDisney! The Disneyland Park nighttime spectaculars hold a special place in my heart...especially when there are fireworks! Let's take a look and see if we can find some pixie dust hiding in that entertainment calendar, shall we?

The Entertainment Calendar gets updated often (things are always subject to change!) and today I can see lots of days in July that feature Wondrous Journeys with Fireworks. Hooray! I did notice that July 4th isn't scheduled quite yet, so perhaps Mickey and his pals are planning something extra special and patriotic that day. Special events are usually announced on the Disney Parks Blog, so hopefully we will see some fun red, white, and blue news soon!

One of my favorite things about Wondrous Journeys (besides the music, which is completely phenomenal) is that the show is completely gorgeous even without fireworks! If you're at the parks on a breezy day, which can make fireworks unsafe, don't worry. You'll still have a beautiful nighttime spectacular to enjoy, with or without fireworks. There is so much to see in the projections across Main Street, U.S.A., the "it's a small world" facade, and Sleeping Beauty Castle!

I hope this news sparks even more excitement for your trip, Esther! Don't forget to stop by Mickey's Toontown and visit my favorite pal's newly refreshed home. No visit to the parks is complete without a Mickey hug!

    Keep moving forward!
