Disneyland Freworks; beam lights; night show; sleeping beauty castle

    We'll be in Disneyland Park day of Disney Channel Nite, which we purchased tickets for, is there a place in the park to pick them up or do we need to exit the park and re-enter the park to obtain special event bands, passes etc.? Thanks!

    Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us. 

    I’m so excited that you will attend Disneyland After Dark: Disney Channel Nite! This unique event is new to the parks, where guests can celebrate the nostalgia of their favorite Disney Channel original movies and shows through music, shorter attraction wait times, and specialty eats. It’s sure to be a blast!

    I spoke with a Cast Member and Troy has assured me that you do not have to leave the park and re-enter to obtain a special event band for the event. There will be a designated spot within Disneyland Park that you will go to around 6:00 PM PST (subject to change) to show your ticket and obtain your pass. Then you can resume your park activities before the event commences at 9:00 PM PST (hours subject to change). Simply ask a Cast Member where the location will be on the day of your visit, and they will happily assist with providing the event location! 

    Did you know you can wear costumes to special events? Celebrate your favorite Disney Channel movie or show character with a costume fit for any Disney Channel star! You can review special event costume guidelines here to be sure your costume is within regulations and can be worn during the event!
