    Does Disneyland have the option to send purchases to the 'front of the park' to be held for pickup later in the day like WDW?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m delighted to see you back again with another wonderful question! 

    I have very exciting news! At the Disneyland Resort, you can shop to your heart’s content and you don’t have to be concerned with your purchases weighing you down! If you are a guest of one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, you can leave theme park purchases at the store and pick them up at your hotel at no extra charge! During your transaction, notify the retail clerk that you’d like to take advantage of Merchandise Delivery. The Cast Member will make arrangements to have your packages sent directly to your hotel. Your merchandise may be picked up at the Bell Services desk after 7:00 a.m. the following day. 

    Guests visiting for the day or staying at a non-Disney hotel may take advantage of complimentary Package Check Service. Purchases will be held until you’re ready to leave the park. You may then pick-up your packages from one of the following participating locations: 

    • Disneyland Resort Stroller Shop 
    • Elias & Company in Disney California Adventure Park 
    • Pioneer Mercantile at Disneyland Park 
    • Port Royal at Disneyland Park 
    • The Star Trader at Disneyland Park

     

    No matter which option you choose, there’s no need to carry your souvenirs around while enjoying your day at Disneyland Resort! So feel free to shop ‘til you drop! And, pleased drop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions in the future! We can’t wait to hEAR from you!
