Hi, Richard! So happy to help a fellow Coloradan plan their visit to the Disneyland Resort!
At this time,
single-day and multi-day tickets are available to purchase for the Disneyland Resort. Twilight tickets are only available to conference attendees and would be purchased through the conference or group reservation organizer. If you are only visiting the Disneyland Resort in the evening, I recommend checking out the
Downtown Disney District. This area does not require a ticket and you can enjoy world class dining and some spectacular shopping. My favorite place for unique Disney treasures is the
WonderGround Gallery.
You can also visit the three Disneyland Resort Hotels. The hotels offer some fabulous dining options as well and even some tours. The
Happiest Hotel on Earth Tour is a walking tour of the Disneyland Hotel where you'll learn about the rich history of this beautiful destination. And it's free! While you are in the area, I would also recommend grabbing a seat at
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar. This place is loaded with fun, signature drinks, and some great food as well.
Of course, if you are like me and can't visit the area without entering the parks, then purchasing a ticket even for a few hours of fun is worth it in my book. Depending on when you visit, the park might even be open as late as midnight so you might actually have a lot of time to enjoy the park after all. I hope this helps!
