Hi, Allison!
Thanks for stopping by with your question about the Disneyland Resort. I hope you’re ready for all the magical moments that await you and your little one at the Happiest Place on Earth!
The
Disneyland Resort does offer
rental strollers that can be used in Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park, but they cannot be taken to the Downtown Disney District or the resort hotels. It’s a basic model with an upright seat that doesn’t recline at all, so these strollers are best for babies who are age 6 months or older and have stronger head control than a newborn or young infant.
Another option available if you would like access to a stroller with extra amenities (like a large sun canopy, reclining ability, cushioning and a parent console with cup holders) is to rent from an outside company in the area. Your stroller rental could be delivered right to your Disneyland Resort area hotel or to the airport for you to pick up upon arrival. This way, you would be able to take your stroller to the Downtown Disney District and to your hotel room at night instead of turning it back in to the resort each evening.
The
Baby Care Centers in the parks might also be a helpful resource for you while exploring the theme parks with an infant. They provide full-size changing tables, high chairs and baby food prepping areas with a sink and microwave.
I hope this information helps you plan, Allison. Please stop by again with any other questions you can dream of as your pixie-dusted vacation approaches! We'd love to assist you.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
