Hello. Does Disneyland offer a senior observer ticket? Grandma is almost 80 and will be coming to the park, but not riding and probably renting a scooter. Thanks you.

    Hi there, Earl!

Welcome to planDisney! I have such fond memories of my grandparents joining us at the Disneyland Resort, and now my own parents and parents-in-law come with us to visit with their grandkids. There is so much that multi-generational groups can do in the parks together!

There is not a senior or observer ticket type available, I'm sorry! However, I'm happy to share that there are actually many experiences and attractions that guests can enjoy right from their wheelchair or ECV! Grandma will be able to roll right onto classic favorites like the Jungle Cruise, King Arthur Carrousel, and Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room. And if she's comfortable transferring to a wheelchair or a ride vehicle with your assistance, then Grandma has even more ride options!

The Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities page outlines attractions so you can decide what you'd like to experience as a family before you visit. I highly recommend that you choose a few to do all together! You can also check out the Guide for Guests with Disabilities - Disneyland Park and the Guide for Guests with Disabilities - Disney California Adventure Park to see how you would access different rides with Grandma in her wheelchair or ECV.

There are also lots of entertainment options that I'm sure Grandma would love. The Dapper Dans are completely delightful, and Tale of the Lion King is an amazing show! You'll definitely want to take time for some photos, and Disney PhotoPass Photographers will be happy to help you with that. Maybe you'll have time to stop by Mickey's House and Meet Mickey for a group "cheese" to remember your visit!

Earl, I'm sorry I don't have a better ticket option for you. But I hope that with these resources you can find some rides and entertainment that your whole group can enjoy together! Wishing you a magical visit!

    Keep moving forward!
