Hi there, Wendy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks so much for your great question. I cannot wait for you and your toddler to experience all the magic of the Disneyland Resort. Your child will be just the perfect age to start truly appreciating what makes this vacation destination so special.
I'm delighted to tell you that all
park tickets allow in and out privileges throughout the day no matter where you are staying. When you enter on the first day of your ticket, the Cast Member at the entrance will take your photo and attach it to your ticket. When you return throughout the day, just scan your ticket and they can confirm your ticket with your photo so you can re-enter. If you have a 1 Park Per Day ticket you can only re-enter the same park all day, but if you have a Park Hopper ticket, you can walk between both parks as often as you wish.
Before you arrive you will definitely want to download the
Disneyland app. This handy app will be your one-stop-shop for all things Disneyland Resort on your vacation. You can view attraction wait times, see ride height requirements, locate Characters to meet, and SO much more. Your little one will be able to ride so many attractions with you since many attractions at both parks do not have a height requirement. This means they are safe for even the youngest Guests. Also, be sure to stop by the
Baby Care Centers in each park for a quiet, semi-private space to feed or change your child. My son enjoyed stopping by when potty training as well.
I hope this helps, and have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
