As a person that has found themselves at Disneyland and unexpectedly in need of menstruation products, I can confirm that the
Disneyland Resort does provide complimentary sanitary napkins to Guests. These can be found in fee-free vending machines in the Women’s Restrooms as well as the Gender Neutral Family Restrooms.
And, if you ever find yourself in need of pain relievers, anti-nausea medication or any other First Aid items, be sure to visit
First Aid at the Disneyland Resort. The Disneyland Park location can be found at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. next to the Baby Care Center. The Disney California Adventure Park location is next to the Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street.
