Does Disneyland offer a "Capture Your Moment" like WDW has? If not, are outside photographers allowed to have a photo session in DL or DCA and/or are there any other options for professional level photos to be taken in the parks? Thank you!

    Hi, Mellissa!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so glad you stopped by to ask us a question about your upcoming visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! I hope you’re having fun planning all the details of your magical vacation.

At this time, the Disneyland Resort doesn’t offer an in-park photo session option like the one offered at the Walt Disney World Resort. While some licensed photographers are able to take photos inside the theme parks for commercial use, it’s most commonly for Guests who have purchased a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons package. I’ve found that the Disney PhotoPass Cast Members throughout the parks are often willing to take a little extra time to help you get the shots you want. With the PhotoPass+ One Day or PhotoPass+ One Week packages, you can receive digital downloads of all the PhotoPass photos taken during your vacation during those specific time frames, so stop and pose for as many pictures as you like!

I hope this information is helpful, Mellissa, and that you enjoy a practically perfect visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please send us any other questions you have as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
