    Stacey from CA Asked

We are going to Disneyland in November. Part of my family was able to get Merriest Nights tickets. However, 3 of us were unable to get tickets due to them selling out. Is there a way for the remaining 3 family members to get tickets?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Stacey!

I'm so excited to know that you and your family will be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth next month! But I'm sorry to hear that your whole group wasn't able to purchase tickets to Disney Merriest Nites. These special nighttime events are typically very popular and sell out fast. In the past, I haven't heard of extra tickets being released after the event has sold out, but if I was in your situation, I would definitely keep checking the website and the Disney Parks Blog to see if more tickets will be added. There might also be a situation where tickets could be added on the day-of and, in that case, you will see signs posted around the park that tickets are available.

Since part of the group likely won't be able to join the Disney Merriest Nights celebration, you might consider making some extra special plans for those three family members that don't have tickets. This could include a late night dinner in the Downtown Disney District, a round of bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes, or if you have Park Hopper tickets and Disney California Adventure Park is open later, hop on over there to close out your night.

Even if the whole group isn't able to experience Disney Merriest Nights, everyone is sure to have a jolly time at the Disneyland Resort!
