Hi there, Sarah!
Welcome to planDisney! I always love finishing a day at the parks with a great nighttime spectacular, it's just the perfect final touch of magic. Your trip is coming up soon (it's almost time to make your
dining reservations) so I'd love to chat about entertainment options with you!
Entertainment schedules for the Disneyland Resort are usually available about six weeks in advance. Your trip is a little beyond that time frame, so we can't see what nighttime spectaculars are planned for your visit quite yet! My best recommendation is to keep a close eye on the calendar as your trip gets closer, but remember that entertainment is always subject to change.
I did channel my inner Madame Leota to see what the future may hold for your visit...I can't make any promises, but I think it's likely that
World of Color - ONE could be showing at Disney California Adventure Park! My absolute favorite way to view this beautiful show is by making reservations for the World of Color Dessert Party. Yummy snacks, an incredible view, and a comfortable seat for the show? Yes, please!
You can search for reservations up to 60 days in advance, which is also a good way to see if the show will be on the entertainment schedule, even if it isn't posted quite yet.
You're actually visiting during one of my favorite times at the resort! I love seeing the changes each day as the pumpkins and fall colors make way for holiday cheer. It's literally magical to see some of the changes that come overnight! Even though Halloween will be over, you'll find that the
Haunted Mansion allows Jack Skellington to stay in residence to celebrate Christmas. Make sure you watch for his
gingerbread house on display in the ballroom of the mansion, it always smells delicious even if it looks a little bit frightful!
I hope you'll enjoy your visit during this little slice of time between spooky season and holiday cheer, Sarah! If you have more questions about planning your trip just
let me know!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
