    Does disneyland not have a 800 number for customers calling from Canada?

    Hello, and welcome to planDisney, Warren, thank you kindly for your question!

    As a fellow Canadian Guest, myself, I am hoping that in the near future, a long-distance 800 number will be available to Canadian residents. In looking through the Disneyland Resort Phone Directory, the only 800-based number I see is the Disneyland Resort “Merchandise Guest Services” and I do know from first-hand experience that Disney Cruise Line also furnishes Canadian residents with an 800-based number for Guest Services which I greatly appreciate.

    Warren, I have utilized the email button on the Disneyland Resort Phone Directory on the right-hand side of the page a few times, and I have been pleased with the response and efficiency that my matter was dealt with. You may wish to consider this option to contact the Disneyland Resort Help Center.

    Warren, if you are planning a visit in the near future, I invite you to look over the Disneyland Resort View Offers and Discounts page located under the “Places to Stay” tab at disneyland.disney.go.com, as there are a couple of offers that are money-savers, in my opinion.

    As well, at this time a visit to Disneyland Resort will require a Theme Park Reservation using valid Disneyland Resort theme park admission which you can perform via your Disney account online, or by using the Disneyland Mobile App.

    Lastly, Warren, there is a new theme park ticket option called the Disney Genie+ Lighting Lane service via the Disneyland Mobile App. This service, for a nominal fee per theme park admission day, will enable you to select an arrival window from any attraction that offers a Lightning Lane entrance - this will save you time waiting in lines.

    I hope this information is helpful, Warren, I apologize that there is not an 800-number to reach Disneyland Resort, but hopefully in the future, we Canadian residents will have that accommodation, you just never know!
