Going to Disneyland next week 4/26. How do we get a good chance of viewing the Electric Parade? How early do we have to go and grab a spot, or do we have to get a viewing voucher? Even with a viewing voucher how early do we have to get there?

    Hi Darryl,
I noticed you may have recently visited the Happiest Place on Earth!
If that's the case, I hope you had a Magical time!
    A few tips:
              1. Don't forget you still have time to purchase photos taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers! PhotoPass photos are typically available for 45 days after capture.
              2. There is Disney Parks merchandise available online at the Disney Store. I share this because sometimes when I visit the Parks, I decide against buying something and it comes back to haunt me later. Fortunately, I've found many Disney Parks gifts and souvenirs on the Disney Store website! Purchases made online are delivered to your home.
              3. If you had a chance to enjoy the Main Street Electrical Parade and can't get enough... I have awesome news. In case you hadn't heard, the parade was extended through August 20! This allows guests extra time to visit Disneyland and check it out or return for another dose of electrical parade goodness!
As you may probably already know by now, the preferred viewing area vouchers for the parade are given to guests who purchase a Main Street Electrical Parade dining package. I've seen guests with preferred viewing area vouchers arrive as early as an hour ahead of time.
Please come back and visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any follow-up questions about your trip to the Disneyland Resort. Sometimes we can't get to all the questions fast enough but we're happy to help however we can!
You've got a friend in me.
