We are going to Disneyland in a month with a group. One of the people are having medical issues and may not be able to go. Would they be able to get refunded or how would that work?

Hello there, Jerimia! Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests plan their upcoming visits to the parks and beyond.

I'm so sorry to hear that a member of your party is experiencing some medical complications that may keep them from being able to attend your visit. That's a real bummer. According to eTicket Terms and Conditions, tickets are not able to be refunded. Their ticket should still be valid for another year or more depending on when the ticket was purchased, so they have plenty of time to plan a new visit to Disneyland Resort. Another option would be for them to transfer the ticket to another Guest if they have someone else who needs a ticket.

Since you will be in the parks next month, be sure to check the Entertainment Calendar, as well as Disney Parks Blog to check the dates and details of when all of the holiday time celebrations begin throughout the resort. The Disney Festival of the Holidays is one of my favorite festivals of the year. Our family loves spending the day with a few Sip and Savor Passes to eat and drink our way through all the marketplace kiosks. There's usually some great musical entertainment as well!

Jerimia, I am hoping for good news and that your Guest will still be able to join you for your upcoming trip. Please come back and see us again if you have any other questions. See you real soon!
