Hello! We will be at Disneyland on Monday and Tuesday of next week (Jan. 2 and 3rd). I was encouraged to acquire a DAS pass for our daughter before we arrive. Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy and has difficulty waiting in lines for extended periods.

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Megan.

You’re as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question today.

Disability Access Service (DAS) is a service offered to Guests who have difficulty with the extended wait times in conventional standby queues due to a disability. You can pre-register as soon as 30 days in advance of your scheduled park visit, but no less than 2 days before your arrival. Unfortunately, since you arrive tomorrow, you won’t be able to pre-register for DAS for your daughter. However, you can register for DAS at either City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or any Guest Relations location once you are on-site. I encourage you to get to the parks extra early to take care of the registration before you begin your day of fun in the parks.

Megan, I hope this information proves useful. If you think of any other questions we can help with, please stop by planDisney again. Have a magical trip making memories with your sweet daughter, and we’ll see ya real soon!
