Going to Disneyland on May 5, 2022 how do I get my 2 time slots for that day? We are with the DAS program.

Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho, it's off to Disneyland Resort you go, Ruth! Thanks for sending in your question about Disability Access Service (DAS) to planDisney. I apologize for not seeing your question sooner, but I hope this information helps as you get ready to leave in a few days!

DAS is a program offered at the Disneyland Resort theme parks to assist Guests who have difficulty waiting in a traditional queue due to a cognitive or physical disability. Recently, Disneyland added the option to register for DAS in advance from the comfort of your home; the catch is you must be within 2-30 days of your visit. Using this process allows Guests to pre-select two one-hour DAS return times per day of their visit.

Advance DAS Chat Hours are 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Pacific Time, and in order to connect to a DAS representative, you'll need to open up a Chrome browser and go through the Disneyland.com website (not the Disneyland Mobile App). Be sure to be logged in before you start. Once you accept the Terms and Conditions, you can request a live video chat. From here, the wait time can be lengthy, sometimes taking up to three hours, and you'll want to make sure that the person who needs the DAS Service is available for the video chat. During the chat session, the Cast Member may ask questions such as what accommodations you (or your child or partner) need in the parks and what could occur if those accommodations are not met.

If the video chat option doesn't work for you, please don't stress. You can always register for DAS the traditional way through Guest Relations when you arrive at the Parks, and it only takes a few minutes. Look for the Guest Relations kiosks or go to City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. (Disneyland Park), or the Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street (Disney California Adventure Park).

If you haven't done so already, I highly suggest downloading the Disneyland Mobile App because you can easily make your subsequent Disability Access Service Return Time Selections through the app. To access it, tap the three lines on the bottom right of the app home screen. You will see your DAS return times on the "My Genie Day" screen.

I hope you have a magical time at The Happiest Place on Earth, Ruth! We hope to see ya real soon!
