Let's find that
Magic Key pass! If it previously showed up in the Disneyland mobile app and hasn't expired, it should be under "Tickets and Passes." There might be a technical glitch occurring, which could be fixed by restarting the app, restarting your device, or relinking the pass. Give the first two options a try, and then, if you need to relink your pass, simply scan the barcode that was included in your purchase confirmation e-mail. If you can't locate your e-mail, a friendly Cast Member should still be able to help dig up the information you need. Magic Key holders have a dedicated
phone line, where Cast Members are ready to assist on matters such as these. I had some multi-day admission tickets disappear and the Tickets phone line Cast Member I spoke with was able to locate them for me.
