Do the disneyland magic bands work at walt disney world

    Hello Jose!

I love using my MagicBands on my Walt Disney World vacations, and now the magic has been increased with the advent of MagicBand+! I have over 50 of MagicBands and two MagicBand+, so you can see that I love MagicBands.

As long as your MagicBand is a MagicBand+, it will work both at the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort. Previous generations of MagicBands from Walt Disney World, such as the original MagicBand or MagicBand 2, are not compatible at the Disneyland Resort, but they will continue to function at Walt Disney World as long as their battery is still functioning. If you desire a MagicBand+ before your Walt Disney World vacation, you can purchase a MagicBand+ from shopDisney and have it shipped to your house in preparation for your vacation!

I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is incredible!
