I am going to Disneyland on 12/6 and had much luck with entering Pixar and Pals parking on magic way. However, was wondering what time the lot opens on 12/6/25.

Hello there, Anna! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you stopped by!

I am so excited to see that you are planning a visit this week! I was just in the parks yesterday to see all of the holiday magic. When it comes to parking, Toy Story Parking Area and Mickey and Friends Parking Structure open one hour before park opening. It looks like on December 6, 2025, park opening is 8:00 a.m. Parking attendants do send cars into Pixar Pals through Mickey and Friends since they are connected. However, if you are wanting to go through the Pixar Pals entrance, this one seems to operate on different hours and on an as needed basis. I have noticed that it usually opens around 8:00 a.m., but that could change depending on the need. If you are planning on parking to get into the parks for rope drops, I recommend planning on going to Mickey and Friends or Toy Story.

If you are a power walker like me, you may want to walk through Downtown Disney rather than ride the tram. If you head to the second floor on the Pixar Pals structure, there is a walkway that will take you over Magic Way. Follow the winding sidewalk and signage and use the security at Downtown Disney or Disneyland Resort. Then you can power walk your way to the Esplanade to the park entrances. I find that this can save you some time if security or trams are backed up at Mickey and Friends.

Anna, I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming visit. We are here if you have any other planning questions!
