Tracy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I was at Disneyland last Thursday. I took my two boys for their first trip Disneyland. I stayed at the resort and took the monorail in, but doing so I totally spaced on getting buttons saying first visit. Is there a way to still get buttons for them?

Hiya, Tracy, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

First off, way to go on bringing your boys for their first trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! I bet you all made tons of magical memories together! I can see how you forgot to ask for a “1st Visit!” button by taking the Disneyland Monorail into Disneyland Park, but what a special way for your boys to see Disneyland Park for the first time – talk about an entrance!

I’m happy to report that there are still several other ways for you to get these special “1st Visit!” buttons for your boys. First, if you live close enough to the Disneyland Resort for a visit to Downtown Disney District, then I recommend stopping by. You can ask for a button from any of the Disney-owned shops, such as Disney Home, World of Disney, or The Disney Dress Shop. You can also ask for a button from any of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, too. If, however, you aren’t close enough for a quick visit to the Disneyland Resort, I did a search on eBay, and was able to find “1st Visit!” buttons for sale on there, too! This could be a great, speedy way to treat your boys to these souvenir buttons!

I can’t wait for you and your Mouseketeers to make more magical memories next time, Tracy! Best of luck finding your buttons, and please stop by with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!

    Wishing you magic,
    Kristin
