Hi, Ashley!
The Disneyland Resort is such a wonderful place to
visit with your little Mouseketeer! Of course, you'll still want to enjoy a lot of the "
big kid" fun as well! That's a place where
Rider Switch helps a lot. This complimentary service lets one part of your party enjoy
select attractions while the other part stays with those that may not be tall enough or that simply may not be interested in the attraction. Then at a designated time, those that went on the attraction first take over staying with the non-rider while the other part of the group enjoys the attraction with only minimal additional waiting.
Rider Switch can also be used in conjunction with
Disney FASTPASS. Each guest that rides the attraction should still have a FASTPASS. The benefit of combining Rider Switch and FASTPASS is extra flexibility. For example, if you happen to arrive at the attraction near the end of your designated FASTPASS window, Rider Switch can be used to help ensure that you will still have a designated return window available if your FASTPASS window happens to expire before the first group has finished experiencing the attraction. Also, there are
several attractions that feature FASTPASS and that are available to all guests, regardless of height. Rider Switch is usually not necessary on these attractions.
To maximize access to Disney FASTPASS, you can add
Disney MaxPass to each park ticket. With MaxPass, you get FASTPASSES from the convenience of your
mobile device, saving time collecting them from kiosks. And wait times between eligibility for subsequent FASTPASSES are less with MaxPass than the complimentary FASTPASS system. So you'll be able to make more FASTPASS reservations in a day.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort. Please come by with any additional questions you may have, Ashley.
